1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the SwapText Chrome Extension, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. License

SwapText grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the extension strictly in accordance with these terms.

3. Subscriptions and Refunds

SwapText offers a free tier (limited to 3 shortcuts) and paid Pro tiers (Unlimited). Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the extension management menu. Refunds are handled at our discretion.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The application is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the extension will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SwapText be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product.
